Terms & Conditions: 

• Promotion period: 15th June to 15th July 2024. 

• The 10% discount is applicable only to outdoor furniture items that are currently in stock in our inventory. No exceptions will be allowed. 

• There is no minimum order required to participate in this promotion.   

• This promotion cannot be combined with our regular discount tier.       
  

• All discounted items, including those purchased with the 10% discount, are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a major manufacturing defect. “Major manufacturing defect” refers to a flaw or fault in the product's construction or materials that significantly impact its functionality or usability.

• Our Lifetime Warranty and Maintenance services will continue to apply to eligible products.   

• To confirm and process your order, full payment is required at the point of ordering. We accept payment only through PayNow or bank transfer, and only upon receipt of payment will your order be confirmed and processed.

• Once an order is placed during the Mid-Season Sale promotion, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. This term also applies for orders that have been reverted back to regular price due to delivery not being fulfilled within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• We kindly request customers to carefully review their chosen items, quantities, and delivery details before finalising the purchase.
