By confirming your order with Soul & Tables, you agree to the terms & conditions stated below. 

Order Placement 
You may confirm your order by:
- visiting our showroom and placing the order with our team, 

- ordering online at www.soulandtables.com.sg,

- or writing us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 9272 1545 with the list of your requested items. 

The website order is confirmed once you have paid the full amount and received a confirmed sales order by email. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery.

If you have placed your order in our showrooms or via email and WhatsApp, your order is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit- or full payment. We reserve the right to refuse your order if we cannot obtain payment, or otherwise at our discretion. 

Prices
All prices are reflected in SGD and inclusive of GST. Delivery and installation are complimentary (for stand-alone & flat-packed items). We will not mount any items on the wall or ceiling.

If any errors are made on your sales order, we will inform you and revise the sales order, you will have the option to confirm or cancel it. 

We offer tier discounts based on the amount of your sales order: 
For orders above $2,000, 5% discount applies 
For orders above $5,000, 10% discount applies 
For orders above $8,000, 12% discount applies 

The tier discounts will not apply to discounted items and do not apply to our partner brands (The Grey House, Mae Woven, Heveya and Annette). 

To enjoy the same tier or stacked tier on your next purchase, the order has to be placed within 30 days after the delivery of the previous order.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, PayNow, and credit cards. We require full payment or a 50% deposit at order confirmation. Full payment of the outstanding balance is due upon delivery.

Quality Promise 
Our furniture is manufactured from high-quality solid wood, such as European oak, Indonesian teak, and American Mahogany. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, our furniture may vary in colours, tonality, grains, and marks. The product you receive at home may differ slightly from showroom display pieces and product images on our website. We believe that these differences make solid wooden furniture unique and we do not consider such variations defects. 

To ensure your satisfaction with the piece, you may request a viewing session in our warehouse before delivery.  During this session, our team will open 2 pieces for you to choose from. Viewing sessions are scheduled only on weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm. We need a 50% deposit payment to book a viewing session.

Delivery 
Soul & Tables offers complimentary delivery in Singapore and aims to deliver all in-stock items within 2 weeks. However, this is not guaranteed as delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year. 

For items not in stock, lead times vary depending on the brand.  We do our best to provide an accurate estimated arrival date for your convenience. In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend delivery lead times and reschedule your delivery. 

Delivery slots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Slots can only be secured once a 50% deposit has been received.

Each order enjoys one complimentary delivery (and collection or exchange, if needed). If one or more items are not in stock, those items will be delivered once the stock arrives in Singapore, and as such, the additional delivery/ies will also be complimentary.

In the case that you wish to modify the agreed-upon delivery slot, kindly do so 48 hours before the due date. Cancellations closer than 48 hours to the due date will result in a late cancellation fee of $99. 

Returns 
We offer full refunds, exchanges and returns of products up to 30 days after delivery. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product(s) received, please contact us at [email protected] or +65 9272 1545 to facilitate maintenance, exchange or return. 

Our 30-day free return policy does not apply to items sold at exceptional discounts, such as showroom display pieces which are sold as-is, or damaged products resulting from intentional misuse, abuse, alterations, modifications and incorrect self-assembly. 

Products that are purchased through a "special order" do not enjoy the 30-day return policy. Special orders are not available for cancellation, return or exchange. 

If for any reason, you would like to cancel your order, please contact us for assistance. 

Warranty

Wood and Mechanisms: We provide a lifetime warranty that guards against any structural or manufacturing defects. This warranty is complimented by our lifetime maintenance sessions for wooden items, ensuring lifetime care that tackles wear and tear. 

Outdoor Furniture: Our outdoor furniture range is backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty, offering peace of mind as you enjoy your outdoor space. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Outdoor Lighting: We offer a 2-year (for Fatboy) and 3-year (for Fermob) warranty for our outdoor lighting products. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Accessories: These can be returned under the 30-day return policy. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Bedding Products: Due to hygiene and health considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bedding products, including sheets and duvet covers.

Maintenance 
Keep your Soul & Tables purchases in perfect shape with a few basic care tips that will help you get the most out of your furniture. Refer to our comprehensive care information for the daily care of your furniture. 

Alternatively, we offer complimentary staining, varnishing, and servicing of discoloured or defective items, whenever you may need them, whether it’s the day of purchase or years down the road. If you notice any marks, discolourations, or mechanism faults occur over time, we will rectify the issue at no extra charge. 

These services only apply to fully priced items. Discounted or second hand items can enjoy maintenance services at an additional cost, please contact us for a quotation.

Soul & Tables reserves the right to refuse maintenance sessions for specific cases.

Data Protection 
Your personal information is collected when you request a quotation, place an order, or participate in a contest held by Soul & Tables. The information obtained enables us to process and deliver orders, provide superior service, and engage in promotional and marketing communications with you. 

Our website also uses “cookies” to remember your preferences and to provide a better shopping experience. Cookies cannot be used to collect any personal information, nor are they used in combination with the personal information you have provided us. You can adjust the settings on your browser to not automatically receive cookies or to reject cookies. 

Maintaining your trust is important to us, that is why we take precautions to ensure that your personal information will not be disclosed to unauthorised parties. We will not disclose personal information to any third parties, except where you have provided consent or disclosure is required by law, or where disclosure is made in connection with contests where we publicly announce the name of winners. 

If you do not wish to receive any promotional or marketing materials from Soul & Tables, you have the option to do so when receiving our newsletter. If you wish to update, change or remove your personal information from our database, please contact us at [email protected]

Intellectual Property
Acceptance of Soul & Tables’ Terms and Conditions means that you agree that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on our website are owned by Soul & Tables and our content suppliers. 

Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. Continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. 

Local Law
Our terms and conditions and all purchases shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
