Private Access by Soul & Tables — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Private Access by Soul & Tables event (the “Event”). By signing up for or taking part in this Event, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Event Period
   The Event is valid from 1 November 2025 to 23 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
   All eligible purchases must be confirmed and invoiced within this period to qualify for Event privileges.

2. Eligibility
   The Event is open to individual customers who sign up for Private Access through the official Soul & Tables form or in-store registration during the Promotion Period.
   The Event is available for new and existing customers, excluding trade, corporate, or bulk order purchases unless otherwise approved in writing by Soul & Tables.
   Participants must be residents of Singapore and aged 18 or above.

3. Private Access Rewards Mechanism
   During the Private Access by Soul & Tables event, customers can enjoy up to 20% in total rewards on eligible purchases. This total reward is a combination of Soul & Tables’ standard tiered discount and the Private Access Bonus applied on top.

How It Works
Customers enjoy Soul & Tables’ normal tiered discount based on total purchase value.

During the Private Access event, customers will receive an extra $100 off every $2,000 spent, capped at a maximum of $500 bonus per order.
The Private Access Bonus is applied on top of the normal tiered discount, resulting in a higher overall reward percentage.

Additional Notes

• Discounts are applied to eligible regular-priced items only.
• The Private Access Bonus cannot be combined with other vouchers, store credits, or ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash or credit.
• The Bonus applies per single order placed during the Event period (1–23 November 2025).
• In the event of an order amendment or cancellation, the reward amount will be recalculated accordingly.

Complimentary Styling Consultation

• Complimentary styling consultations are available to customers with a minimum qualifying spend of SGD 7,000 (before discounts).
• Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Soul & Tables reserves the right to reschedule or substitute consultation slots based on availability.

Lifetime 10% Privilege

• The Lifetime 10% Privilege applies to all future personal purchases made by the original customer only, after they have placed an eligible order of at least SGD 2,000 during the Private Access promotion period.
  
• It is not applicable to trade, project, or bulk orders.
• This privilege cannot be transferred or extended to other individuals.

Order Terms

• Orders must be placed and fully paid during the Promotion Period to qualify.
• Cancellations or amendments after payment may result in the forfeiture of privileges.
• Normal delivery, warranty, and product terms and conditions apply to all purchases.

Exclusions

• Clearance items, consignment products, or items marked as “final sale” are excluded unless otherwise stated.
• Soul & Tables reserves the right to exclude specific product lines or brands at its discretion.

Personal Data

• By participating, you consent to Soul & Tables collecting and using your personal data for communication, marketing, and customer service purposes related to the Event.
• You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails

Rights & Modifications
Soul & Tables reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Event, privileges, or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. All decisions by Soul & Tables regarding the Event, including eligibility and entitlement, are final and binding.

Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Soul & Tables shall be final.
